Week of June 1st to June 7th

Here is the menu for the 2nd WSOP week.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or food allergies.
Quantities are limited so make sure to reserve your meal the night before.

Sunday, June 1st -DINNER ONLY:
(unless I am playing day 2 of millionaire event)


Choice of:

-Provencal wrap
Cashew cheese, marinated mushrooms, red peppers, sliced fennel, and olives, wrapped in collard green leaves

-Curry bowl
Quinoa, tempeh, mangos, steamed broccoli, cauliflower, sweet potatoes, and chickpeas, with a curry dressing

-Both selections come with the salad of the day


Monday, June 2nd:

Choice of:

-Asian lettuce cups
Lettuce cups with tempeh, mushrooms, and peppers in hoisin sauce

-Quinoa satay
Quinoa with kale, broccoli, snap peas, red peppers, and bok choy in a almond satay sauce

-Both selections come with the salad of the day


Tuesday, June 3rd:

Choice of:

-Raw spaghetti
Zucchini sliced into spaghetti shape with an avocado, cucumber, and jalapeno sauce. Topped with spinach and baby tomatoes

-Veggie burger
Lentil patty with sautéed mushrooms, topped with lettuce and tomatoes. served with a creamy Dijon sauce  and your choice of onion flax bread, lettuce wrap, or Ezekiel Organic sprouted grain burger bun (Ezekiel is not gluten free)

 -Both selections come with the salad of the day


Wednesday, June 4th:

Choice of:

-Mango sushi
Chipotle rice and quinoa, blackened tempeh, avocado, red pepper topped with mango salsa, cashew sour cream, and a mango sauce

-Mexican bowl
Rice, spicy black beans, salsa, avocados, sautéed onions with peppers, and roasted sweet potatoes with a apricot chipotle dressing

-Both selections come with the salad of the day


Thursday June 5th:

Choice of:

-Raw pizza
Sundried tomato flax bread topped with pesto, broccoli, tomatoes, and cashew cream cheese

-Italian rice
Wild rice with homemade tomato sauce, black eye peas, green beans, zucchini, and carrot medley

-Both selections come with the salad of the day


Friday, June 6th:

Choice of:

-Curried "chick'n" salad in lettuce cups
Lettuce cups filled with a sunflower"chick'n" in a curried cashew mayonnaise, and topped with a mango salsa

-Mexican sheppard pie
Slightly spicy beans, lentils, corn and peppers medley simmered in a roasted pepper sauce and topped with mashed sweet potatoes

-Both selections come with the salad of the day


Saturday, June 7th:

Choice of:

-Squashtini with Lentil "meat" balls
Spaghetti squash and tomato sauce with a lentil and veggies mixture formed into "meat" balls

-Thai rice
Sautéed brown rice with tempeh, veggies, cashews, and pineapples in a Thai sauce

-Both selections come with the salad of the day

  • ORGANIC- I use mostly organic and pesticide free fresh products. Always non-GMO  
  • VEGAN- to promote good health, to protect the environment, and for ethical reasons.
  • HIGH NUTRIENTS- to give your body the fuel that it needs.
  • LOTS OF SUPERFOODS- to give stamina, help live longer, and fight diseases.
  • GLUTEN FREE- to reduce inflammatory responses.
  • RAW FOOD STRONG-  as it is the healthiest way to eat. Cooking can kill up to 80% of the nutrients. My meals have an emphasis on fresh raw food.
  • DESSERTS/SNACKS are available at $5 extra cost, please check with me for selection. They are sweetened with natural fruits, dates or stevia. (kale chips, chia pudings, protein bars, spiced nuts, energy balls...)

Orders must be made at least the night before, pre-paid, and are non refundable.
Lunch deliveries are between 12:30pm to 1:30pm (Rio)
Dinner deliveries are between 5:30pm to 6:30pm (Rio)
Other deliveries on the Las Vegas strip availlable upon arragement and with a $4 delivery charge

Wednesday, May 28th:

Choice of:

-Raw food style cannelonies
Raw nut cheese ricotta with spinach and marinated mushrooms rolled in zucchini slices, and topped with a tomato sauce

-Stuffed mushroom french style
Large portobello mushroom topped with mashed potatoes, lentils, and a red wine sauce

-Both selections come with the salad of the day


Thursday, May 29th:

Choice of:

-Stuffed lettuce cups
Mangos, chickpeas, and veggies in lettuce cups with a cauliflower and hemp seed sauce

-Mac and cheese quinoa 
Quinoa, spinach, broccoli, and almond slivers in a "cheesy sauce"

-Both selections come with the salad of the day


Friday, May 30th:

Choice of:

-Nut loaf raw food style
Nuts, veggies, and spices shaped into a loaf and topped with BBQ sauce and then dehydrated.  Served with mashed cauliflower. 

-Black bean stew
Caribbean style stew of black beans, sweet potatoes, and veggies ,with a spicy coconut milk sauce

-Both selections come with the salad of the day


Saturday, May 31st:
