1st week WSOP. May 28th to June 1st

Here is the menu for the 1st WSOP week. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or food allergies. Quantities are limited so make sure to reserve your meal the night before. Snacks available at extra charge. Thank you!




Wednesday, May 28th:

Choice of:

-Raw food style cannelonies
Raw nut cheese ricotta with spinach and marinated mushrooms rolled in zucchini slices, and topped with a tomato sauce

-Stuffed mushroom french style
Large portobello mushroom topped with mashed potatoes, lentils, and a red wine sauce

-Both selections come with the salad of the day


Thursday, May 29th:

Choice of:

-Stuffed lettuce cups
Mangos, chickpeas, and veggies in lettuce cups with a cauliflower and hemp seed sauce

-Mac and cheese quinoa 
Quinoa, spinach, broccoli, and almond slivers in a "cheesy sauce"

-Both selections come with the salad of the day


Friday, May 30th:

Choice of:

-Nut loaf raw food style
Nuts, veggies, and spices shaped into a loaf and topped with BBQ sauce and then dehydrated.  Served with mashed cauliflower. 

-Black bean stew
Caribbean style stew of black beans, sweet potatoes, and veggies ,with a spicy coconut milk sauce

-Both selections come with the salad of the day


Saturday, May 31st:

Sorry, no meals available as I am playing the millionaire maker at the WSOP today.

Meals are $22 each.

Discount for 5 or more meals per week to $20 per meals


The menu is created with freshness and health in mind:
  • ORGANIC- I use mostly organic, pesticide free fresh products. Always non-GMO  
  • VEGAN- to promote good health , to protect the environment, and for ethical reasons.
  • HIGH NUTRIENTS- to give your body the fuel that it needs.
  • LOTS OF SUPERFOODS- to give stamina, help you live longer, and fight diseases.
  • GLUTEN FREE- to reduce inflammatory responses.
  • RAW FOOD STRONG-  as it is the healthiest way to eat. Cooking can kill up to 80% of the nutrients, so my food has a big emphasis on fresh raw food.
  • DESSERTS/SNACKS are available at $5 extra cost, please check with me for selection. They are sweetened with natural fruits, dates or stevia. (kale chips, chia pudings, protein bars, spiced nuts, energy balls...)

Orders must be made at least the night before, they must be pre-paid and are not refundable.
Lunch deliveries are between 12:30pm to 1:30pm (Rio)
Dinner deliveries are between 5:30pm to 6:30pm (Rio)
Other deliveries on the Las Vegas strip area available upon arragement and with a $4 delivery charge
