Here is the menu for the 6th week of the WSOP.

Sunday June 29nd -----DINNER ONLY

Choice of:

-Caribbean rice
Wild rice, veggies, mangos, and black beans in a Caribbean style coconut sauce

-Asian bowl
Tempeh, avocados, steamed broccoli, bok choy, and carrots over quinoa with an Asian dressing

Both selections come with the salad of the day


Monday June 30th

Choice of:

-Mushroom veggie burger
Mushroom and lentil patty, mango guacamole, sautéed sweet red peppers and onions. Choice of Ezekiel sprouted bread (not gluten free), dehydrated onion flax (raw food style bread) or lettuce wrap

-Raw Italian pizza
Olive flax bread topped with tomato sauce, mushrooms, olives, peppers and cashew "cheese"

Both selections come with the salad of the day


Tuesday July 1st

Choice of:

-Summer rolls
Peaches, veggies, and avocados rolled in brown rice paper wrapping with an almond satay sauce

-Curried quinoa
Mangos, black beans, and veggies with a sweet curry sauce

Both selections come with the salad of the day


Wednesday July 2nd

Sorry, I am playing the Golden nugget main event today. No meals.


Thursday, July 3rd 


Choice of:

-Roasted pepper Alfredo sauce over zucchini pasta
Zucchini shaped into a long thin pasta topped with spinach, mushrooms, and a walnut and roasted pepper alfredo sauce.

-Beans and veggie curry
Beans and veggies in a oconut curry sauce

Both selections come with the salad of the day


Friday, July 4th


-Stuffed poblano peppers raw food style
Chipotle cashew cheese and veggie blend, topped with a cashew sour cream and mole sauce

-Pumpkin brown rice pasta
Beans, veggies, and brown rice penne pasta in a pumpkin béchamel sauce



Saturday, July 5th

- Squashtini with lentil "meat" balls
Roasted spaghetti squash with a tomato sauce, topped with lentil and veggies mixture formed into a "meat' ball

-Caribbean bowl
Spicy black beans, chili corn, roasted sweet potatoes and squash, pineapple and avocado guacamole, with a chili mango sauce

-Curried mango wrap  
Curried nut pate, peppers, cucumbers, and mangoes wrapped in collard green leaves

-Pesto quinoa 
Basil and walnut pesto sauce over quinoa and roasted vegetables

Monday June 23th

Choice of:

-Mexican corn and bean cake
Roasted pepper chipotle sauce, and avocados. In a dehydrated corn  flax bread

- Pad Thai
Brown rice noodles, veggies and cashews in a Pad Thai sauce.

Both selections come with the salad of the day


Tuesday June 24th

Choice of:

-Lentil loaf
Lentils and veggies cooked into a loaf with a BBQ sauce topping. Served with a miso mashed cauliflower

-Raw pizza
Pesto sauce, tomatoes, broccoli, and a cashew "cheese" on top of sundried tomato flax bread

Both selections come with the salad of the day


Wednesday June 25th

 Choice of:

-Lasagna roll ups raw food style
Zucchini noodles rolled up with nut "meat" , pesto, tomato sauce and cashew 'cheese"

-Caribbean black bean stew
Veggies, black beans, and sweet potatoes in a spicy coconut milk sauce

Both selections come with the salad of the day


Thursday, June 26th


Choice of:

-Raw tacos
lettuce cups with ground taco nut "meat"  

-French bowl
Roasted asparagus, sweet potatoes, and portobello mushrooms, black eyed peas ,beans, and avocados on top of quinoa with  a sweet dijon dressing

Both selections come with the salad of the day


Friday, June 27th

Saturday, June 21

- Quinoa satay
Quinoa with kale, broccoli, snap peas, red peppers,, and bok choy in a almond satay sauce

-Mediterranean sushi
Sushi with brown rice and quinoa filling, tomatoes, cucumbers, and olives.  Topped with hummus with a tahini sauce


Both selections come with the salad of the day

  • HIGH NUTRIENTS- to give your body the fuel that it needs.
  • LOTS OF SUPERFOODS- to give stamina, help live longer, and fight diseases.
  • GLUTEN FREE- to reduce inflammatory responses.
  • RAW FOOD STRONG-  as it is the healthiest way to eat. Cooking can kill up to 80% of the nutrients. My meals have an emphasis on fresh raw food.
  • DESSERTS/SNACKS are available at $5 extra cost, please check with me for selection. They are sweetened with natural fruits, dates or stevia. (kale chips, chia puddings, protein bars, spiced nuts, energy balls...)

Orders must be made at least the night before, pre-paid, and are non refundable.
Lunch deliveries are between 1;00pm to 1:30pm (Rio)
Dinner deliveries are between 6:00pm to 6:30pm (Rio)
Other deliveries on the Las Vegas strip available upon arrangement and with a $5 delivery charge

Noodles, veggies, and tempeh sautéed in a tamari ginger sauce

-Peaches and veggies summer rolls
Brown rice vermicelli, veggies, and peaches rolled up in brown rice wrapping with a almond satay dipping sauce

Monday June 16th

Choice of:

-Squashtini Bolognese
Spaghetti squash "noodles" with a lentil Bolognese sauce

-Texan raw food style burger
Walnut patty, guacamole, eggplant bacon, and BBQ sauce in flax bread (onion or sundried tomato flavors)

Tuesday June 17th

Choice of:

-Lentil Sheppard pie
Lentils and veggies medley topped with a masala wine sauce, mushrooms, and mashed potatoes

-Curried quinoa stuffed eggplant

-Lemon caper quinoa
Quinoa, tomatoes, basil, and chickpeas in a lemon caper sauce

-Sushi burrito
Blackened tempeh, sweet red peppers, black beans, corn topped with a tomato salsa, cashew sour cream with a BBQ Baja dipping sauce

Saturday, June 21

- 3 bean chili
Pinto beans, black beans, red beans, and veggies in a chili style stew

-Chipotle raw zucchini pasta
Creamy cashew and apricot chipotle sauce with marinated veggies on top of zucchini sliced into noodles

Zucchini "noodles" with a sundried tomato pesto sauce, topped with baby tomatoes and marinated mushrooms

-Tacos in lettuce shell raw food style
-Spiced nut meat, salsa, and avocados with a cashew base chili sour cream

-Wild mushroom quinoa
Quinoa with wild mushrooms in a creamy sauce

Tuesday, June 10th:

Choice of:

-Mediterranean bowl
Quinoa topped with falafels, olives, cucumber, tomatoes, and hummus, with tahini dressing

-Chili raw food style
Portobello, veggies, and nuts blended together into a "meat" chili style, served with a cashew base chili lime sour cream

Wednesday, June 11th:

Choice of:

-BLT raw food style
Coconut "bacon" , lettuce, and tomato sandwich with guacamole. Served on dehydrated onion flax bread or dehydrated flax sundried tomato bread

-Portobello and white bean stew
Portobello mushrooms, veggies, and white beans in a red wine sauce

Thursday June 12th:

Choice of:

-Perogies raw food style
Homemade cashew pate filling stuffed in thinly sliced jicama


-Lasagna roll ups
Brown rice lasagna noodles filled with a cashew base béchamel sauce, spinach, and pesto rolled up and topped with a tomato sauce

-Tahini zucchini noodles raw food style
Zucchini sliced into "noodles" topped with marinated, carrots, broccoli florets, and cauliflowers with a tahini sauce
