MONDAY APRIL 29, 2013

LUNCH:     
  • Pesto marinated vegetables with herb nut "cheese" and roasted pepper coulis
  • Lentil and rice soup
  • Cherry cheese-less cake
DINNER:
  • Bean and veggies curry stew
  • Baba ganoush with veggies
  • Apple sauce with cinnamon cashew cream
TUESDAY APRIL 30, 2013

LUNCH
  • Herb nut "cheese" and veggies wrap raw food style
  • Sweet potato and squash soup
  • Banana nut cobbler
DINNER
  • Wild mushroom Quinoa
  • Split pea soup
  • Spiced fruit salad
WEDNESDAY MAY 1, 2013

LUNCH
  • Caribbean rice
  • Arugula salad with pears and pine nuts
  • chili lime pineapple chips
DINNER
  • Thai veggies stir fry
  • Asian soup
  • Strawberry/banana/ chocolate pudding
THURSDAY MAY 2, 2013

LUNCH
  • Ravioli with pesto sauce raw food style
  • Gazpacho soup
  • Apricot bars
DINNER
  • Stuffed zucchini with tomato sauce
  • Sicilian salad
  • Cheesy kale chips
FRIDAY , MAY 3, 2013

LUNCH
  • Chana masala
  • Cream of market vegetables
  • Homemade fruits roll ups
DINNER
  • Provencal beans with mushrooms and kale
  • Roasted pepper hummus and veggies
  • Strawberry parfait
SATURDAY MAY 4, 2013 (DINNER ONLY)
  • Spaghetti squash with Bolognese sauce
  • Market salad with Strawberry dressing
  • Carob/walnuts balls
SUNDAY MAY 5, 2013 (DINNER ONLY)
  •  Mexican bean salad
  • Guacamole and spicy corn chips
  • Strawberries dipped in chocolate


Meals are $20 each.
10% discount for 5 or more meals per week

The menu is created with freshness and health in mind:
  • ORGANIC- I use mostly organic, non GMO & pesticide free fresh products
  • VEGAN- to promote good health , to protect the environment and for ethical reasons
  • HIGH NUTRIENTS- to give your body the fuel that it needs
  • LOTS OF SUPERFOODS- to give you stamina, help live longer and help fight diseases
  • GLUTEN FREE- to reduce inflammatory responses

Orders must be made at least the night before, they must be pre-paid and are not refundable.
Lunch deliveries are between 12:30pm to 2pm (upon arrangement)
Dinner deliveries are between 5:30pm to 7pm (upon arrangement)
West locations only.
