  • Strawberry and apple energy bars

  • Market salad with  lemon and amino dressing
  • Apple pie flavored apple chips

DINNER
  • Almond satay pasta
  • Thai salad
  • Coconut mango pudding
THURSDAY MAY 23, 2013

  • Curried sprouted lentil salad
  • Chili pineapple chips 

DINNER
  • Creamy curried chickpeas wrap with mango slaw
  • Yam and squash bisque
  • Curried kale chips


FRIDAY , MAY 24, 2013

  • Sushi with blackened tempeh and mango salsa

  • Homemade fruit roll ups

DINNER
  • Sundried tomato zucchini pasta raw food style
  • Mediterranean kale salad
  • Tomato chips
SATURDAY MAY 25, 2013 (DINNER ONLY)
  • Lemon caper quinoa
  • Israeli salad
  • Banana and peaches cobbler raw food style
SUNDAY MAY 26, 2013 (DINNER ONLY)
  • Mexican corn cake with chipotle pepper sauce
  • Fiesta salad with chipotle ranch
  • Caribbean fruit salad


Meals are $22 each.
Discount for 5 or more meals per week to $20 per meals

The menu is created with freshness and health in mind:
  • ORGANIC- I use mostly organic, non GMO & pesticide free fresh products
  • VEGAN- to promote good health , to protect the environment and for ethical reasons
  • HIGH NUTRIENTS- to give your body the fuel that it needs
  • LOTS OF SUPERFOODS- to give you stamina, help live longer and help fight diseases
  • GLUTEN FREE- to reduce inflammatory responses

Orders must be made at least the night before, they must be pre-paid and are not refundable.
Lunch deliveries are between 12:30pm to 2pm (upon arrangement)
Dinner deliveries are between 5:30pm to 7pm (upon arrangement)
West locations only.
