Here is the menu for the 4th week of the WSOP. 
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or food allergies.
Quantities are limited so make sure to reserve your meal the night before.

Sunday June 15th -----DINNER ONLY

Choice of:

-Szechuan noodles
Noodles, veggies, and tempeh sautéed in a tamari ginger sauce

-Peaches and veggies summer rolls
Brown rice vermicelli, veggies, and peaches rolled up in brown rice wrapping with a almond satay dipping sauce

Both selections come with the salad of the day

Monday June 16th

Choice of:

-Squashtini Bolognese
Spaghetti squash "noodles" with a lentil Bolognese sauce

-Texan raw food style burger
Walnut patty, guacamole, eggplant bacon, and BBQ sauce in flax bread (onion or sundried tomato flavors)
Both selections come with the salad of the day

Tuesday June 17th

Choice of:

-Lentil Sheppard pie
Lentils and veggies medley topped with a masala wine sauce, mushrooms, and mashed potatoes

-Curried quinoa stuffed eggplant
Roasted eggplant stuffed with curried quinoa and veggies

Both selections come with the salad of the day

Wednesday June 18th


Thursday, June 19th

Choice of:

-Chick'n salad lettuce cup
lettuce cups with ground sunflower "chick'n in a creamy coconut and cashew base mayo, with a pineapple salsa topping

-Thai stew
Veggies, beans, and brown rice glass noodles in a thai curry sauce

Both selections come with the salad of the day

Friday, June 20th

-Lemon caper quinoa
Quinoa, tomatoes, basil, and chickpeas in a lemon caper sauce

-Sushi burrito
Blackened tempeh, sweet red peppers, black beans, corn topped with a tomato salsa, cashew sour cream with a BBQ Baja dipping sauce 

Both selections come with the salad of the day

Saturday, June 21

- 3 bean chili
Pinto beans, black beans, red beans, and veggies in a chili style stew

-Chipotle raw zucchini pasta
Creamy cashew and apricot chipotle sauce with marinated veggies on top of zucchini sliced into noodles

Both selections come with the salad of the day


Meals are $22 each.
Discount for 5 or more meals per week to $20 per meals

The menu is created with freshness and health in mind:
  • ORGANIC- I use mostly organic and pesticide free fresh products. Always non-GMO  
  • VEGAN- to promote good health, to protect the environment, and for ethical reasons.
  • HIGH NUTRIENTS- to give your body the fuel that it needs.
  • LOTS OF SUPERFOODS- to give stamina, help live longer, and fight diseases.
  • GLUTEN FREE- to reduce inflammatory responses.
  • RAW FOOD STRONG-  as it is the healthiest way to eat. Cooking can kill up to 80% of the nutrients. My meals have an emphasis on fresh raw food.
  • DESSERTS/SNACKS are available at $5 extra cost, please check with me for selection. They are sweetened with natural fruits, dates or stevia. (kale chips, chia puddings, protein bars, spiced nuts, energy balls...)

Orders must be made at least the night before, pre-paid, and are non refundable.
Lunch deliveries are between 1;00pm to 1:30pm (Rio)
Dinner deliveries are between 6:00pm to 6:30pm (Rio)
Other deliveries on the Las Vegas strip available upon arrangement and with a $5 delivery charge
