Week of June 22nd to June 28th

Here is the menu for the 5th week of the WSOP. 
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or food allergies.
Quantities are limited so make sure to reserve your meal the night before.
Snacks available at $5 extra charge.

Sunday June 22nd -----DINNER ONLY

Choice of:

-Curried mango wrap  
Curried nut pate, peppers, cucumbers, and mangoes wrapped in collard green leaves

-Pesto quinoa 
Basil and walnut pesto sauce over quinoa and roasted vegetables

Both selections come with the salad of the day


Monday June 23th

Choice of:

-Mexican corn and bean cake
Roasted pepper chipotle sauce, and avocados. In a dehydrated corn  flax bread

- Pad Thai
Brown rice noodles, veggies and cashews in a Pad Thai sauce.

Both selections come with the salad of the day


Tuesday June 24th

Choice of:

-Lentil loaf
Lentils and veggies cooked into a loaf with a BBQ sauce topping. Served with a miso mashed cauliflower

-Raw pizza
Pesto sauce, tomatoes, broccoli, and a cashew "cheese" on top of sundried tomato flax bread

Both selections come with the salad of the day


Wednesday June 25th

 Choice of:

-Lasagna roll ups raw food style
Zucchini noodles rolled up with nut "meat" , pesto, tomato sauce and cashew 'cheese"

-Caribbean black bean stew
Veggies, black beans, and sweet potatoes in a spicy coconut milk sauce

Both selections come with the salad of the day


Thursday, June 26th


Choice of:

-Raw tacos
lettuce cups with ground taco nut "meat"  

-French bowl
Roasted asparagus, sweet potatoes, and portobello mushrooms, black eyed peas ,beans, and avocados on top of quinoa with  a sweet dijon dressing

Both selections come with the salad of the day


Friday, June 27th



SORRY NO MEALS TODAY...  I AM PLAYING THE WSOP LADIES EVENT




Saturday, June 21

- Quinoa satay
Quinoa with kale, broccoli, snap peas, red peppers,, and bok choy in a almond satay sauce

-Mediterranean sushi
Sushi with brown rice and quinoa filling, tomatoes, cucumbers, and olives.  Topped with hummus with a tahini sauce


Both selections come with the salad of the day

Meals are $22 each.
Discount for 5 or more meals per week to $20 per meals

The menu is created with freshness and health in mind:
  • ORGANIC- I use mostly organic and pesticide free fresh products. Always non-GMO  
  • VEGAN- to promote good health, to protect the environment, and for ethical reasons.
  • HIGH NUTRIENTS- to give your body the fuel that it needs.
  • LOTS OF SUPERFOODS- to give stamina, help live longer, and fight diseases.
  • GLUTEN FREE- to reduce inflammatory responses.
  • RAW FOOD STRONG-  as it is the healthiest way to eat. Cooking can kill up to 80% of the nutrients. My meals have an emphasis on fresh raw food.
  • DESSERTS/SNACKS are available at $5 extra cost, please check with me for selection. They are sweetened with natural fruits, dates or stevia. (kale chips, chia puddings, protein bars, spiced nuts, energy balls...)

Orders must be made at least the night before, pre-paid, and are non refundable.
Lunch deliveries are between 1;00pm to 1:30pm (Rio)
Dinner deliveries are between 6:00pm to 6:30pm (Rio)
Other deliveries on the Las Vegas strip available upon arrangement and with a $5 delivery charge
