TUESDAY JUNE 4, 2013

  • BLT raw food style on onion bread
  • Cajun coleslaw
  • Strawberry parfait
DINNER
  • 3 beans Chili
  • Mexican salad with chipolte ranch dressing
  • Strawberries dipped in chili chocolate
WEDNESDAY JUNE 5, 2013

LUNCH
  • Moroccan tagine
  • Spinach salad with strawberry dressing'
  • Banana cobbler

DINNER
  • Falafels with tahini in lettuce wrap
  • Israeli salad
  • kale chips
THURSDAY JUNE 6, 2013

LUNCH
  • Pad Thai with veggies and tempeh
  • Asian salad
  • Homemade fruit roll up 
DINNER
  • Caribbean sushi
  • Salad with mango dressing
  • poached pears with orange & chai tea sauce


FRIDAY JUNE 7, 2013

LUNCH
  • Lentil stew
  • Chopped veggies with tahini dressing
  • Carob banana & almond butter balls

DINNER
  • Lasagna roll up raw food style
  • Mediterranean kale salad
  • Pineapple chips
SATURDAY JUNE 8, 2013 (DINNER ONLY)
  • Fiesta quinoa with cilantro dressing
  • Salad with cumin dressing
  • Chili chocolate mousse
SUNDAY JUNE 2, 2013 (DINNER ONLY)
  • Perogies raw food style
  • Sprouted salad
  • Chocolate chia pudding


Meals are $22 each.
Discount for 5 or more meals per week to $20 per meals

The menu is created with freshness and health in mind:
  • ORGANIC- I use mostly organic, non GMO & pesticide free fresh products.
  • VEGAN- to promote good health , to protect the environment and for ethical reasons.
  • HIGH NUTRIENTS- to give your body the fuel that it needs.
  • LOTS OF SUPERFOODS- to give you stamina, help live longer and help fight diseases.
  • GLUTEN FREE- to reduce inflammatory responses.
  • DESSERTS/SNACKS are sweetened with dates or stevia. No added sugars.

Orders must be made at least the night before, they must be pre-paid and are not refundable.
Lunch deliveries are between 12:30pm to 2pm (upon arrangement)
Dinner deliveries are between 5:30pm to 7pm (upon arrangement)
West locations only.
East side coming soon :)
